PE-AL-PE-RT

PE-AL-PE-RT is a type of plastic pipe that is composed of several layers of different materials. This type of pipe is made of four layers:

The first layer is made of polyethylene (PE), which is known for its high resistance to corrosion and chemicals.

The second layer is an aluminum layer (AL), which provides the pipe with high mechanical strength and resistance to deformation.

The third layer is again made of polyethylene (PE), which serves as a protective layer for the aluminum layer and also improves the tightness of the joints.

The fourth layer is polyethylene with modified strength and temperature resistance (RT), which allows the use of this pipe at higher temperatures and pressures.

The combination of these materials creates a pipe that has the advantages of individual layers. The aluminum layer increases the mechanical resistance of the pipe and prevents it from being deformed at high pressures. Polyethylene layers give the pipe waterproofness and chemical resistance.

The PE-AL-PE-RT pipe is often used for water, heating and floor heating installations. Its advantages include high corrosion resistance, long service life, light weight and easy installation. It is also able to withstand high pressures and temperatures, which enables its use in various applications.
