PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The HAKL PL instant water heater switches on automatically by turning the hot water valve (tap) on the fitting. The heater has no built-in tank, it heats water instantly and continuously, and consumes electricity only while hot water is running. A red light on the front cover indicates that heating is active.
Due to its design and dimensions it is intended for only one draw-off point, for example a  kitchen sink or washbasin. It can only be installed on a special HAKL pressure-free tap. Taps designed this way shut the heater off from system pressure once the hot or cold water valve (tap) is closed. This means the heater is not permanently exposed to water pressure, which extends its service life. The wide range of taps supplied together with accessories (seals, reducers, heater bracket…) allows for simple, convenient and quick installation.  The instant water heater is mechanically protected against burnout of the heating element, and hydraulic protection prevents overheating of the whole heating system.

For easier shopping, the HAKL PL SET electric instant water heater is supplied together with a pressure-free pedestal lever tap from HAKL, with a 16 cm spout.
The package includes a 3/8" seal and an efficient aerator, which sufficiently aerates the water even at low flow rates, visually increasing its volume.
