Q3000 – Flue gas side heat exchanger cleaner
The Q3000 cleaning mixture is designed for all types of boiler heat exchangers to remove dirt and grease from the flue gas side.
Basic parameters of Q3000
- • loosens and removes greasy dirt and sludge from the flue gas side
- • applied using a spray bottle
- • designed for cleaning all types of heat exchangers and boilers
Dosage and application of Q3000
- Apply the product to the surface to be cleaned using the spray bottle included in the 0.5-litre package.
- Leave it to act for approximately 10 minutes. Then rinse with clean water.
- On aluminium materials, leave it to act for approx. 3–5 minutes, then rinse with clean water.
- If necessary, repeat the process several times.
- The formation of bubbles is undesirable during cleaning. If they appear, immediately rinse the product off the surface.
- The formation of bubbles indicates that the dirt has been removed and the cleaner has started reacting with the material.
- With light metals, it may slowly release small amounts of hydrogen.
