The check valve is used for Hunter sprinklers from the PGP-ADJ, PGP-Ultra and I-20 series. If you have uneven, sloped terrain, already have an automatic irrigation system installed, and water is leaking from the lowest-positioned sprinkler, it is necessary to use this valve.
The valve prevents water from leaking out of the lowest-positioned sprinkler.
