Hyperfiltration device with zeolite media Turbifilt 56 L
The hyperfiltration device with zeolite media Turbifilt is designed for treating drinking, surface, ground, well and pool water. This hyperfiltration is also suitable for pre-filtration of water before reverse osmosis.
Turbifilt is a highly efficient filtration media that has been chemically cleaned to optimize filtration quality and performance. This filtration media is ready for immediate use in gravity or pressure filters. When using Turbifilt, the amount of backwash water and energy is reduced by up to 30-50% compared to classic filters.
These hyperfiltration devices can be used in existing sand and mixed filters as a replacement filtration media to increase filtration performance and fineness.

Backwash of the media: 34 - 39 m/h
Bed height: 900 mm
Free volume: 30%
Suggested flow rates for:
Municipal water: 40 - 49 m/h
Clean well water: 36 m/h
Well water with 2-3 NTU: 29 - 34 m/h
Surface water: 24 m/h
Surface water containing heavy sediments: 19 - 24 m/h
SDI reduction: 14.7 - 19.6 m/h
Certified for use with drinking water
According to test report no. 5545-5550/2016 conducted at the National Reference Laboratory for Materials in Contact with Food, RÚVZ Poprad, Turbifilt meets the requirements for use in drinking water treatment.
