The PT/12 pressure switch is used to regulate the pressure in the system for both single-phase and three-phase submersible pumps, home water systems and compressors according to pressure fluctuations. In combination with a pump, it ensures a stable pressure in the pressure tank.

The switching-on and switching-off pressure values are set by tightening or loosening the adjusting nut located on the switch spring.

It is suitable for centrifugal and submersible pumps .

To set up a home water system, this pressure switch is suitable when connected with a pump, a pressure tank in combination with a 5-way brass fitting and a pressure gauge.

Pressure switches are usually not suitable for use with spindle or peripheral pumps. The pump must have sufficient discharge head for correct operation of the device, at least 1 bar higher than the switch-on pressure value.
