<p>Magnetic separator with filter and sediment tank by CALIDO.</p><p><b>Three-stage dirt removal</b><br>The magnetic separator works on the hydrocyclone principle combined with magnetic and mechanical dirt removal. The medium from the heating system entering the separator chamber is set into a swirling motion, and the magnetic particles are separated by the action of the magnetic field. Solid contaminants are captured by a mesh filter located at the bottom of the separator and pass into the settling chamber. The cleaned heating medium then passes through the mesh filter and an outer shell filter back into the system.</p><p><b>Separator features:</b><br>&bull; any installation position: the swivel connection with a plug allows installation in any position without affecting the function of the device;<br>&bull; mesh filter: captures magnetic impurities;<br>&bull; quick dirt removal: a drain valve rotatable by 360&deg; allows efficient dirt removal;<br>&bull; magnet strength: a strong neodymium magnet (11,000 Gauss) attracts magnetic impurities;<br>&bull; hydrocyclone: the swirling motion facilitates separation and settling of impurities;<br>&bull; manual venting: simple venting of the separator.</p><p>Connection: 5/4".</p>
