• Features and parameters of the magnetic separator:

Three-phase dirt removal
The magnetic separator works on the principle of a hydrocyclone combined with magnetic and mechanical dirt removal.
The medium from the heating system entering the separator chamber is set into a swirling motion, and magnetic particles are separated by the action of the magnetic field.
Solid contaminants are captured by a mesh filter located at the bottom of the separator and pass into the sediment collector. The cleaned heating medium then passes through the mesh filter and through the outer casing filter into the system.

Separator features:
✔ any installation position: the rotatable connection with a plug allows installation in any position without affecting the function of the device;
✔ mesh filter: captures magnetic dirt particles;
✔ quick dirt removal: a drain valve that can be rotated 360° allows for efficient dirt removal;
✔ magnet strength: a strong neodymium magnet (with a strength of 11,000 Gauss) attracts magnetic dirt particles;
✔ hydrocyclone: the swirling motion facilitates the separation and settling of dirt particles;
✔ manual air vent: easy venting of the separator.
