The I-001 3/4" magnetic filter ensures clean circulation and no clogging of the heating system (no local overheating occurs). It also ensures deaeration of the system, which means quieter operation and reduced corrosive properties of the water. One of the factors affecting the failure rate of water installation equipment is the presence of impurities, which have a significant impact on the quality and correct function of the system, as well as the service life of individual components. These contaminants are so-called magnetic sludge, which forms during active operation of the heating system as a result of electrolytic and chemical processes in the water. The negative effect of sludge is a reduction in the efficiency of heat transport in heating systems and a reduction in the efficiency of the circulation pump itself. For comprehensive protection of the pump against the negative effects of impurities (magnetic sludge) and air in the installation, it is recommended to install a dirt separator.
