Placing the bait

Instructions for use

• To prevent human scent from transferring onto the trap, we recommend using protective equipment when handling the trap (gloves, trousers, long-sleeved shirts)

• When unpacking the product, please check that the trap has not been damaged during transport.

• Once you have the trap ready in the required location, place the bait. First open the trap's door and then impale the bait onto the spike inside (for example bread, cheese, salami).

• Secure the trap's handle into the small hook protruding from the upper part of the trap (the other side of the spike + the rod forms the trigger mechanism).

• Once the animal enters the trap, it starts gnawing on the bait, which activates the trigger mechanism, releasing the rod and causing the trap to snap shut.
