What is Ecomix P media?
Multifunctional Ecomix P filter media is a multi-component filtration material designed for treating problematic well or tap water with a low content of organic substances. It helps achieve clean, soft and properly treated water for everyday use.
The Ecomix filter media is regenerated with salt, which needs to be monitored to ensure a sufficient amount is available for regeneration purposes. Regeneration takes place automatically via the control head – the unit draws in and rinses the salt solution. Typical sizing assumes regeneration approximately once a week, and knowing the water hardness and maximum hourly and monthly consumption is important for designing the correct filter size.
