The Palaplast irrigation filter - mesh version with a 1" connection, made of high-quality polypropylene, is used in automatic irrigation systems to remove fine impurities before they enter the network. These impurities could damage the diaphragms of solenoid valves, clog sprinkler nozzles, or block narrow tubing used for drip or micro irrigation. The filter is ideal for irrigation with ordinary water.

If pumping water from a well, it is more suitable to use the Hydra filter.

For optimal operation of the irrigation system, it is essential to regularly clean the mesh in the filter, as water always contains small impurities. It is best to place the filter in an easily accessible location, directly on the water supply from the pump, before the distribution of solenoid valves.
