The MARGHERITA gas table-top pizza oven is designed for easy use and quick pizza preparation.
It offers an interior space of 31 x 38 cm equipped with a square cordierite pizza stone measuring 30 x 30 cm. Thanks to its porosity, the cordierite stone quickly absorbs and then gradually releases moisture. This guarantees perfectly crispy dough.
The oven is equipped with a high-performance gas burner for concentrated and fast heating. The burner is complemented by piezoelectric ignition for easy lighting of the flame using the controls at the back of the oven. The controls also allow for continuous power regulation.
The stove is made of stainless steel with a robust construction and three folding legs.
The burner assembly is secured by two locking screws at the rear of the stove. By loosening them, the assembly can be easily removed for simple maintenance.
