Plastic T-piece
with two 1/2" male threads is used for irrigation installations and for piping in filtration systems of swimming ponds, pools, ornamental tanks, ornamental water features, fish tanks, air conditioning piping and others. The elbow is used where it is necessary to branch or divide piping.
Fittings made of hardened PVC are used primarily in low-pressure irrigation systems and are not suitable for indoor installation in pressurized drinking water piping.
The threads of the plastic fitting need to be sealed with teflon tape or thread .
