The plastic T-piece equipped with two 3/4" male threads is used for irrigation systems as well as for piping in filtration systems of swimming ponds, pools, ornamental water features, fish tanks, and also for air conditioning distribution, etc. The elbow is suitable for places where the pipeline needs to be branched and split.
Fittings made of hardened PVC are primarily used in low-pressure irrigation systems and are not recommended for indoor installation in pressurized drinking water pipelines.
The threads of the plastic fitting need to be sealed with Teflon tape or thread .
