The plastic T-piece fitted with two 3/4" female threads is used in irrigation equipment, piping for filtration systems of swimming ponds and pools, ornamental tanks, ponds, as well as for air conditioning networks and similar purposes. The fitting allows branching and dividing of pipes in places where needed.
Fittings made of hardened PVC are primarily used in low-pressure irrigation systems and are not suitable for indoor installation in pressurized drinking water pipelines.
The threads of the plastic fitting need to be sealed with Teflon tape or thread .
