Filter refill against limescale and for water softening. The crystals can also be used for drinking water, provided that an older model of the DOSAPROP filter is used, or a filter with dosing (nozzle) of the dissolved solution into the main water stream. Polyphosphates tolerate temperatures up to max. 35 ° C; at temperatures above 75 ° C they lose their effectiveness or precipitates may form.
