Pressure Vessel FIXline 12L, vertical, with fixed diaphragm for booster pumps, 10 bar, 1"
Code: PR_125940Product detailed description
Steel pressure vessel FIXline 12L, fitted with a durable, non-replaceable diaphragm made of BUTYL, which separates the liquid from the air chamber. Operating pressure 10 bar. FIXline diaphragm vessels are universal tanks designed to stabilise pressure and accumulate water in booster pump (hydrophore), heating and DHW systems. Thanks to their steel construction and butyl diaphragm, they ensure a long service life, safe operation and resistance to temperatures up to 90 °C. Intended for: For plumbing installers – reliable, durable vessels with a wide range of applications. For homeowners – pressure stabilisation in cold and hot water pipework. For owners of booster pump sets – effective water accumulation and system protection against water hammer. For owners of central heating and DHW systems – pressure equalisation and improved installation safety. For users of installations with frequency converters – smooth operation control and minimisation of pressure pulsations. Features of the vertical pressure vessel FIXline 12L vertical, with fixed diaphragm The pressure vessel can be paired with any type of pump that does not exceed the maximum operating pressure of the vessel (10 bar). The diaphragm is characterised by high resistance to stretching and to high temperatures. The vessel's design allows operation in cold and hot water installations as well as in heating systems. Each model is fitted with a valve that allows checking and topping up the initial air pressure in the vessel. In accordance with the datasheet, the vessels are designed for operation in installations where the glycol solution concentration does not exceed 50%. Generally speaking, the larger the installed pressure vessel, the fewer pump start cycles occur, extending the service life of the entire system. Use of the vertical pressure vessel FIXline 12L vertical, with fixed diaphragm Stabilisation and accumulation of water in booster pump installations (vertical and horizontal). Pressure equalisation in water installations controlled by frequency converters. Operation in central heating (CH) systems. Operation in domestic hot water (DHW) systems. Use in solar systems and in installations containing up to 50% glycol. FIXline diaphragm vessels ensure pressure stabilisation in installations operating across a wide range of temperatures and loads. Technical parameters: Operating temperature: from −10 °C to 90 °C Maximum operating pressure: 10 bar Maximum test pressure: 14.3 bar Pre-charge pressure: 1.9 bar ±10% Diaphragm: BUTYL Application: CH, DHW, cold/hot water, installations with glycol ≤ 50% Available versions: vertical (5–100 V), horizontal (24–100 H) Connection: 1" Installation position: verticalAdditional parameters
