Filtration for irrigation systems – a disc model with a 1" connection from the manufacturer Rain Bird, made of high-quality polypropylene and designed for automatic irrigation systems using municipal water. Its function is to capture fine debris before it enters the entire irrigation system. Safety is key, as debris could damage the diaphragms of solenoid valves, block sprinkler nozzles, or impair the functionality of small-diameter tubing, such as those used for drip or micro irrigation. This filter is suitable for irrigation with water from a municipal water supply. However, if you draw water from a well, it is recommended to use the Hydra filter.

For the irrigation system to function properly, it is essential to regularly clean the filter discs, as water always contains fine debris. It is best to install the filter in an easily accessible location, directly on the water supply from the pump, before the water enters the solenoid valve distribution.
