The Rain Bird MPR-8-H spray nozzle with a fixed irrigation range of 180° and a reach of 2.4m is suitable for irrigating smaller, irregularly shaped lawns. It is designed for Rain Bird 1804 series and UNI-Spray static sprinklers.

The nozzle is also equipped with a filter and a stainless steel adjustment screw, which allows the arc and range to be adjusted. The Top Color Coded nozzle color coding makes it easy to verify correct nozzle installation, even when the sprinkler is not extended.

Precipitation rates are the same for all MPR-type nozzles due to the fixed arc, which greatly simplifies the design of the irrigation system. The operating pressure is between 1 and 2.1 bar.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT NOZZLE

When designing the layout of the nozzles, it is necessary to follow the principle of overlapping adjacent sprinklers. This means that the distance between sprinklers should be equal to the range of the nozzles. Based on this, we can determine which nozzle should be chosen for a given sprinkler.
