The Rain Bird MPR-12-Q spray nozzle with a fixed 90° watering arc and a throw of 3.6m is suitable for irrigating smaller, irregularly shaped lawns. It is designed for Rain Bird 1804 series and UNI-Spray static sprinklers.

The nozzle also includes a filter and a stainless steel adjustment screw, which allows the arc and throw to be adjusted. The Top Color Coded system on top of the nozzles allows easy verification of correct nozzle installation, even when the sprinkler is not raised.

Precipitation rates for all MPR type nozzles are the same due to the fixed arc, which significantly simplifies the design of the irrigation system. The operating pressure ranges from 1 to 2.1 bar.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT NOZZLE

When designing nozzle placement, it is necessary to follow the principle of mutual overlap between adjacent sprinklers. This means that the distance between sprinklers should correspond to the throw radius of the nozzles. Based on this, it is possible to determine which nozzle should be selected for a given sprinkler.
