Random orbital sander
What is a random orbital sander? It is an essential tool in all stages of finishing work and construction. Random orbital sanders ensure the best possible material sanding with minimal effort. All thanks to the motion curve of the base plate, which simultaneously performs both rotary and oscillating movements.
Dust extraction system
Sanding produces a considerable amount of dust, which, if not removed from the working area, can worsen the sanding quality and can also be harmful to the user's health. Our EX850E sander has a special base plate with holes that effectively remove most of the waste material. Replacing the sanding material is also very simple. Just align the holes, attach the sanding disc, and the tool is ready to use.
Dust collection system
All waste material is collected in a plastic container with textile filters that prevent dust from escaping into the air. Instead of the collection bag, it is also possible to connect an external vacuum cleaner, further increasing the efficiency of waste material extraction.
Comfort
The EX850E housing is designed for comfortable one-handed operation. The switch button is easily accessible and protected against accidental activation and dust ingress. All ventilation openings are positioned so they can be gripped by hand and not accidentally blocked during work.
Settings
To ensure consistently high machining quality regardless of material type, roughness, and hardness, the sander is equipped with a multi-stage speed regulator. Adjustment ranges between 7,000 and 14,000 revolutions per minute.
Additional handle
When working with large surfaces, use a two-handed grip. The additional handle is height-adjustable. Before starting work, find the position that gives you the best possible comfort.
