How to replace the MCB post-filter in the Robust CROSS 90 Balance filtration system?

Replace the filter cartridge regularly according to the purple or red light of the relevant replacement filter life indicator or the indicator on the water tap.

The system is equipped with FAST & DRY technology, which allows the filter to be replaced without the need to shut off the water supply. However, for greater safety, we recommend shutting off the water supply during replacement.

To replace the filter cartridge, follow these steps:

1. Turn the MCB filter counterclockwise.
2. Pull out the used filter towards you.
3. Insert the new filter into the corresponding housing so that the handle is in a horizontal position.
4. Push the cartridge in all the way and turn the handle 90° clockwise.
5. Reset the filter: hold down the relevant reset button for 5 seconds. A sound signal will be heard (1 second), the indicator will flash purple twice and then light up blue.
6. The system will automatically start flushing the CF and RO filters (takes 5–6 minutes), during which the indicator light flashes red.
7. After this flushing, the flushing of the RO and MCB filters must be completed manually – open the clean water valve. Both the indicator light and the valve indicator will flash a color depending on the current water quality.
8. Flushing takes:
   • RO filter: approximately 30 minutes
   • MCB filter: approximately 15 minutes
9. Once flushing is complete, the indicator light and the indicator on the valve will light up blue, indicating that the system is ready for use.
