    Alfa Rubber Tile 30 × 30 cm is a modular flooring system ideal for garages, workshops, fitness rooms, or other exercise spaces.

    The rubber material excels at dampening vibrations and noise, and has anti-slip properties. This tile is 6 mm thick, and thanks to its special locking system, there is no need to finish the flooring with corner or edge pieces.

    The tiles withstand extreme loads

    Take a look at the load test, where the tiles withstood driving over by a fully loaded car (2000 kg) and a forklift (3500 kg) without any damage.

    Tile installation

    The flooring is easily secured by snapping the pieces together like puzzle pieces.

    On the sides, you can trim the tiles with a knife to match the shape of the floor.

    What you will need for installation

    • Jigsaw or utility knife for trimming the tile
    • Protractor
    • Tape measure or ruler
    • Rubber mallet

    Installation step by step

    Installation principles:

    The surface should be firm, smooth, level, dry and clean.
    The installation temperature should be between 5–25 °C

    Installation procedure:

    1. Start laying the tiles in a corner.
    2. Continue until the desired area is covered.
    3. If you encounter walls or obstacles, trim the tiles.

    Securing the flooring with adhesive:

    If you want to fix the tiles to concrete or another solid surface, you can use a special adhesive for rubber flooring.

    Packaging and delivery method

    The product will be delivered to you via standard parcel shipping and will be packaged to prevent any damage during transport. The tiles are packaged by the manufacturer in packs of 10 pieces, however, with us you can order any number of pieces.

    The actual packaging method depends on the number of pieces ordered (1 tile weighs approximately 300 grams) and other items in the order. For larger quantities, the flooring will be shipped on a pallet, via pallet freight (approximately for orders of 300 pieces or more).
