The number of tiles depends on the size of the area you want to cover with tiles, as well as its shape. We sell Fitness Tile tiles individually.

For the Fitness Tile, you will need on average 4 pieces per 1 m² when laying on a symmetrical area (square or rectangular) without any other obstacles.

For irregularly shaped areas, we recommend ordering some extra spare tiles.

• A jigsaw or a utility knife for cutting the tile
• Square/carpenter's square
• Tape measure or measuring stick
• Rubber mallet

Installation principles:

• The surface should be firm, smooth, level, dry and clean.
• The temperature during installation should be between 5-25 °C

Installation procedure:

1. Start laying the tiles in a corner.

2. Continue until the desired area is covered.

3. If you encounter walls or obstacles, cut the tiles.

Fixing the flooring with adhesive:

If you want to fix the tiles to concrete or another solid surface, you can use a special adhesive for rubber flooring.
