The PWM controller BL915C enables charging of lead-acid or lithium batteries 12–24V with current up to 30A and connection of PV panels with output voltage max. 18V (for 12V system voltage) or 36V (for 24V system voltage) up to 360W, and displays operating parameters.
Product parameters:
- PWM solar controllers connect solar panels directly to the battery being charged, and once the set or given terminal voltage of the battery is reached, subsequent regulation is handled by pulse limiting/interruption of the current. This occurs at a frequency of units to tens of Hz, and in some controllers it is indicated by a blinking LED labeled "charge" or "solar". The controllers are suitable for panels with the same system voltage as the battery voltage, otherwise losses occur where part of the power is wasted due to an unsuitable V-A characteristic of the panel.
