STANDARD T Set, PV 65 working cylinder STANDARD T stand pumps with a tall outlet stand are designed for pumping utility (non-potable) water with a maximum temperature of 40°C, free of mechanical impurities. Using a working cylinder, water can be drawn from depths of 4 to 30 m. The STANDARD T manual pump is supplied in blue or green. Pump application: pumping utility water suction depth 4-30 m The set includes: 1. STANDARD T manual pump 2. PV 65 working cylinder 3. Tie rod for the STANDARD T manual pump 4. STANDARD drainage device 5. STANDARD T mounting clamp + wedges 2. PV 65 working cylinder: Working cylinders are the main depth-rated component for STANDARD stand pumps. Inside the cylinder there is a working piston with a cup seal and a valve. There is a non-return flap between the cylinder body and the flange. Depending on the type and depth of the well, the appropriate type of working cylinder is selected: well depth 2-15 m - working cylinder Ø 90 mm, 16-22 m - working cylinder Ø 75 mm, 23-30 m - working cylinder Ø 65 mm. 3. Tie rod for the STANDARD T manual pump: The tie rod connects the working cylinder and the Standard manual pump. Without it, the Standard pump cannot be put into operation. It is fitted axially in the centre of the discharge pipe, between the working cylinder and the manual pump. Length: 2 m We recommend installing it in a galvanised steel pipe. 4. STANDARD drainage device: The STANDARD drainage device is used to drain the STANDARD T pump. Its purpose is to release water from the pump body so that the pump does not crack in frost. It is installed below ground level, right below the STANDARD pump body.
