STANDARD T Set, PV 90 working cylinder STANDARD T hand-operated pedestal pumps with a tall discharge stand are designed for pumping utility water with a max. temperature of 40 °C, free of mechanical impurities. Using the working cylinder, water can be drawn from depths of 4 to 30 m. The STANDARD T hand pump is supplied in blue or green. Pump use: pumping utility water suction depth 4-30 m The set includes: 1. STANDARD T hand pump 2. PV 90 working cylinder 3. Connecting rod for the STANDARD T hand pump 4. STANDARD drainage device 5. STANDARD T mounting clamp + wedges 2. PV 90 working cylinder: Working cylinders are the main component of the below-ground equipment for STANDARD pedestal pumps. Inside the cylinder is a working piston with a cup seal and a valve. Between the cylinder body and the flange there is a check valve. Depending on the type and depth of the well, the appropriate working cylinder is selected: well depth 2-15m -> Ø 90mm working cylinder, 16-22m -> Ø 75mm working cylinder, 23-30m -> Ø 65mm working cylinder. 3. Connecting rod for the STANDARD hand pump: The connecting rod is used to join the working cylinder and the Standard hand pump. Without it, the Standard pump cannot be operated. It is fitted axially in the centre of the discharge pipe, between the working cylinder and the hand pump. Length: 2m We recommend installing it in galvanised steel piping. 4. STANDARD drainage device: The STANDARD drainage device is used to drain the STANDARD T pump. Its purpose is to release water from the pump body so that the pump does not crack in frost. It is installed below ground level, just beneath the STANDARD pump body.
