The steel J-pin is most commonly used for securing various garden agrotextiles, including protective nets against moles, jute and coconut geotextiles, grass mats and other similar materials.

The metal J-shaped pin is a better alternative to plastic garden pegs, which can be easily damaged when fixing sturdier fabrics or in very dry soil.

It is recommended to space the pins at intervals of approximately 2-3 pieces per 1m2. For woven agrotextiles, it is advisable to use at least 3 pins per 1m2, while 2 pins per 1m2 is sufficient for mole nets.
