SUNKKO 738AL Battery Spot Welder with Extendable Arm
Code: TI_06692428Product detailed description
SUNKKO 738AL is a spot welder for spot welding batteries into battery packs using nickel strips. The station offers spot welding using welding electrodes located on the station's extendable arm, allowing more comfortable access to the welding points of the battery pack. The pressure required to engage the welder's contacts can be adjusted using a rotary regulator on the top of the station, in the range of 200g to 700g. Welding can also be performed using a foot pedal, which is included in the package. Thanks to it, there is no movement of the welding sheet and the battery. It is possible to weld strips with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.2 mm. After placing the battery with the required strip against the tips of the spot welder and pressing upwards with full force, the microswitch engages and the spot welder creates two spot welds. Under the welding electrodes there is LED lighting that illuminates the welding spot, allowing work even in poor lighting conditions. The welder features welding current adjustment from 50A to 800A to achieve optimal welding depending on the material being welded. In addition to the current, the number of pulses per weld can also be set – 1 or 2. The power consumption of the battery is 2 – 15A from the 230V mains.
