For medium-sized and larger flats or family houses, an advantageous solution is heating and hot water preparation in a single boiler.
In the THERM 28 LXZ.A 5 boiler (or 28 TLXZ.A 5 in the TURBO version), a 55 l stainless steel hot water tank is built in, which is heated in the same way as in the boiler-plus-indirect-tank variant. A special three-way valve and the boiler electronics ensure continuous hot water heating and thus a sufficient water supply for the whole family.
