Boiler THERM 45 KD extends the successful range of condensing boilers that have earned an excellent market position thanks to their high quality at a reasonable “Czech” price. A continuously modulating output of 13 - 45 kW combined with a high efficiency of the combustion and condensation process brings you maximum gas savings in buildings with greater heat demand. Thanks to the use of a new combustion chamber made of high-temperature plastic, the boiler still retains compact dimensions, making it easier to adapt to its surroundings from an aesthetic point of view as well. The high-temperature plastic construction is also more resistant to aggressive condensate, thereby positively extending the boiler’s service life. A three-way valve can be fitted underneath the boiler, allowing hot water preparation to be handled via an indirectly heated cylinder. Flue gas discharge is handled by coaxial piping with a diameter of 80/125 mm.

A great advantage of the Therm 45 KD boilers is the possibility of combining them into cascade boiler rooms. This achieves a very economical and environmentally friendly solution for heating and hot water preparation in larger buildings. This intelligent system of condensing cascade boiler rooms is also adapted for older residential construction, such as panel apartment buildings, where thanks to its proven qualities it becomes one of the most effective renovation solutions.
