An advantageous solution for small and medium-sized apartments is heating and hot water preparation combined in a single boiler.
The THERM PRO 14 KX boiler (or 14 TKX with flue gas discharge through an external wall) has a built-in 40 l (55 l) DHW cylinder, heated the same way as in the boiler-plus-indirect-cylinder variant. A special three-way valve ensures continuous hot water heating.
