Thermoregulating radiator valve, angled, EK x 1/2"
Code: 330003Product detailed description
Thermoregulating radiator valve EK - dual-regulating with presetting
- design: angled
- size: EK x 1/2"
- after removing the white cap, fit the thermoregulating head onto the valve 500671H
The fitting is used to connect the radiator to the pipework. Various types of pipe can be connected to the fitting. In the HEPWORTH system, polybutylene pipe with a diameter of 15mm needs to be connected, designated HXX25/15, or HXX50/15.You can also connect "plastic-aluminium" PexAlPex pipe with a diameter of 16mm to the fitting pipe pexalpex 162
If connecting HEPWORTH, use PB pipe with a diameter of 15mm, pipe for heating. You connect this pipe using compression fitting RCS15. You then use the same compression fitting to connect to manifolds for radiator heating. If you want to connect HEPWORTH system polybutylene pipe with a diameter of 16mm, use pipe UHP200/16 and the compression fitting 500684H. You use the same compression fitting to connect 16mm diameter plastic-aluminium pipe. To connect 20x2mm pipes, use compr. fitting RCS20
Note: 16 x 2mm pipe with an oxygen barrier, UHP200/16, is used only for underfloor heating. The connection options given here are for information only. For distributing the heating medium to radiators, 15mm diameter connecting pipe with an oxygen barrier of type HXX25/15 or HXX50/15 is used.

![]() | A fully dismountable system.
| This means you can assemble the system, later disassemble it, and reassemble it again. This is useful if you are not entirely sure about the heating installation. | |||
![]() | Installation without any tools.
One of the system's biggest advantages is tool-free installation. This means the pipe is simply pushed into the fitting, and the internal jaw system secures it in place. To disassemble, we just unscrew the fitting, slide the jaws off the pipe, then reassemble the fitting, screw it together, and it is ready for use again.
![]() | Universal use for all types of heating.
| All couplings, tees, elbows and pipes are made of polybutylene, which means you can use it for installing radiator heating, underfloor heating, or domestic hot water distribution. All diameters are backward compatible. | |||
![]() | Pipe made of polybutylene.
| Polybutylene - the oldest and, so far, the best-proven material for heating and water distribution. | |||
![]() | Pipes with an oxygen barrier
| All pipes are manufactured with an EVOH oxygen barrier, which prevents oxygen molecules from penetrating into the heating system. After a few years, oxygen causes corrosion of the boiler and degradation of the heating system. The oxygen barrier prevents this problem. | |||
![]() | Polybutylene is one of the most hygienic materials
| In terms of hygiene, polybutylene achieves the best results. |
