Underfloor Manifold WIGELL, 16 circuits, brass + manual air vent
Code: JEZ_WG01.0310715Product detailed description
The underfloor heating manifold is the main component for even heat distribution in underfloor heating systems. Manifold variants include different numbers of circuits, usually from 2 to 18, and are compatible with underfloor heating pipes with diameters of 16–20 mm.
The Wigell manifolds can be mounted directly on the wall or, using the supplied brackets, into a manifold cabinet. The mounting position is arbitrary. This manifold allows you to connect PeX-AL-PeX or Pe-rt pipes using compression fittings.
Product Parameters
- Permissible liquid temperatures: -10 °C to 120 °C
- Max. working pressure: 4 - 6 bar
- Max. test pressure: 10 bar
- Measuring range: 0-5 l/min
- Flow rate: 1.12 m3/h
- Inlet and outlet connection: 1"
- Flow meters: dual-control, lockable
Advantages of Wigell manifolds
- Each manifold undergoes a pressure test, which ensures its reliability and long service life.
- You can choose between a manual or automatic air vent.
- The cabinet size is precisely determined for the given number of circuits and fits perfectly.
- Control valves can be chosen in two variants with thermometer preparation, either angled or straight.
- The manifold is fitted with control valves, flow meters and air vents.

This manifold assembly consists of
Heating water body:
- flow meters terminated with a nipple and a PEX 3/4 x 16 coupling
- air vent and drain unit with a key-operated air vent (an automatic air vent can also be used)
Return water body:
- thermostatic valves M30 x 1.5 - possibility of mounting thermal actuators
- nipples with mounted PEX 3/4 x 16 couplings
- air vent and drain unit with a key-operated air vent
Flow meter:
Used for setting the flow rate of heating water in l/min and thus for balancing the pressure differences of individual heating circuits. Depending on the direction of rotation of the lower part of the flow meter, you can reduce or increase the flow of heating water, or shut it off completely. On the transparent part of the flow meter, the water level indicates the water flow in l/min. Max. operating pressure is 1 MPa.
Thermostatic valve inserts with manual heads are used to shut off individual heating circuits. It is not possible to regulate individual branches with these manual heads. The manual heads can be removed and replaced with electric actuators.
Air vent and drain unit:
Used to vent air from the heating system. The air vent valve of this unit is manual (key-operated), and can be replaced with an automatic air vent valve.
What else to buy with the air vent?
Additional accessories are needed for correct installation. Below, select the connecting components that are fully compatible with this manifold:
- Recessed and surface-mounted manifold cabinets
- Mixing sets (WILO pump + ESBE valve) - for variants without a built-in pump
- Ball valves for connection without a circulation pump
- Compression fittings
When laying the pipes, we also recommend purchasing:
- Underfloor heating pipes
- Underfloor heating foils
- Clips for securing underfloor pipes
- Staple guns and pipe dispensers
- Expansion tapes for the wall
Packaging and delivery method
The product will be delivered to you by standard parcel shipping and will be packaged so that it is not damaged during transport. The actual packaging method depends on the number of pieces ordered and other order items. A standalone manifold will most often be packed in a cardboard box and stretch film.
