The underfloor heating manifold is the main component for evenly distributing heat in underfloor heating systems. Manifold variants include various numbers of circuits, usually from 2 to 18, and are compatible with underfloor heating pipes with a diameter of 16–20 mm.

Wigell manifolds can be mounted directly on the wall or, using the supplied brackets, into a manifold cabinet. The mounting position is arbitrary. Using compression fittings, you can connect PeX-AL-PeX or Pe-rt pipes to this manifold.

This manifold assembly consists of

Heating water body:

• flow meters ending with a nipple and a PEX 3/4 x 16 type coupling
• air vent and drain unit with a manual (key-operated) air vent (an automatic air vent can also be used)

Return water body:

• thermostatic valves M30 x 1.5 - allows installation of thermal actuators
• nipples with mounted PEX 3/4 x 16 type couplings
• air vent and drain unit with a manual (key-operated) air vent

Flow meter:

It is used to set the heating water flow rate in l/min and thus balance the pressure differences of the individual heating circuits. Depending on the direction you turn the lower part of the flow meter, you decrease or increase the heating water flow, or shut it off completely. On the transparent part of the flow meter, the water level shows the flow rate in l/min. Max. operating pressure is 1 MPa.

Thermostatic valve:

Thermostatic valve inserts with manual heads are used to shut off individual heating circuits. These manual heads do not allow individual branches to be regulated. The manual heads can be removed and replaced with electric actuators.

Air vent and drain unit:

It is used to vent the heating system. The air vent valve of this unit is manual (key-operated), and can be replaced with an automatic air vent valve.

Packaging and delivery method

We will deliver the product to you via standard parcel delivery and it will be packaged so as not to be damaged during transport. The exact packaging method depends on the number of pieces ordered and other order items. A standalone manifold will usually be packaged in a cardboard box and stretch film.
