GST2 features:

The universal GSM module offers wide use in the field of control and remote management of facilities.

Among the main advantages of the GST2 module are 2 inputs and 2 outputs , to which various functions can be assigned.

All functions can be set using the clear GST2-SW software (available for download below the introductory photo), which is included in the package.

The GST2 module allows setting of the following functions:

• Automatically sends an SMS with information about the status (closing or opening) of the input contact
• Calls up to 2 phone numbers when the input contact status changes
• Automatically sends an SMS when temperature limits measured at the input are exceeded
• Calls 1 phone number when temperature limits are exceeded
• Automatically closes the output contact when the input status changes
• Automatically closes the output contact when temperature limits measured at the input are exceeded
• Regulates with a hysteresis of 1°C
• Controls the output according to the required temperature at the input
• Switches on the output for a preset time. The output is activated by a command SMS message
• Controls the output by time. The output is activated by a command SMS message with the switch-on time specified directly in the SMS message (from 1 minute to 999 minutes = 16 hours 33 minutes)
• Controls the output by calling for a set time t1
• Automatically controls both outputs by calling, with adjustable delay
• Allows connection and control of thermostats or central units from our company
• Automatically sends an SMS in the event of a power failure (only when using the backup power source ZZ04/900mAh - can be ordered at servis@elbock.cz).

Where to use the GST2 module in practice?

• connection to an existing alarm
• monitoring door opening
• connection to a fire alarm
• monitoring minimum and maximum temperature (e.g. in a building, greenhouse ...)
• for controlling gates, barriers
• switching heating, air conditioning, lighting, pool filtration, pump, irrigation...

Requirements for using GST2-SW:

1. The program requires the installation of the .NET framework version 3.5 library (choose according to your system) or higher (included on the CD)

2. It is tested on Windows XP, Win7

3. Drivers are required for the module, available for download at http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm (included on the CD)
