SINUS 500VA 24V VE.Direct voltage inverter
The inverter features a robust toroidal transformer, which has proven its reliability in Victron Energy inverters for many years.
The inverters are short-circuit proof and protected against overheating, whether due to overload or
high ambient temperature.
This inverter is fully configurable - this is a completely unique feature, where you can use a PC to set the following parameters:
• low and high battery voltage alarm and reset level
• inverter shutdown level at low and high battery voltage and reset level
• Output voltage 220/230/240V
• Frequency 50 Hz or 60 Hz
• ECO mode on/off sensitivity setting (setting the level at which the inverter "goes to sleep" and when it "wakes up" again)
Monitoring is also available:
• input and output voltage and current, temperature, alarms
High starting power
Needed to start loads such as power inverters for LED lamps, halogen lamps or power tools.
ECO mode
In ECO mode - when the load power consumption drops below a preset value, the inverter switches to standby mode (it goes to sleep and its own consumption is then only about 1W). In standby mode with very low self-consumption, the inverter will then periodically turn on for a short time (adjustable parameter, default: every 2.5 seconds). If the load power consumption exceeds the preset value, the inverter turns on again. Thanks to this function, you will save a large amount of energy that the inverter would otherwise consume for its operation.
VE.Direct communication port, which can be connected to:
• Computer (VE.Direct to USB cable required)
• Apple and Android smartphones, tablets, MacBooks and other devices (VE.Direct Bluetooth dongle required)
