The underfloor heating manifold is the main component for even heat distribution in underfloor heating systems. Manifold variants include different numbers of circuits, usually from 2 to 18, and are compatible with underfloor heating pipes with diameters of 16–20 mm.

Wigell manifolds can be mounted directly on the wall or, using the supplied brackets, into a manifold cabinet. The mounting position is arbitrary. Using compression fittings, you can connect PeX-AL-PeX or Pe-rt pipes to this manifold.

This manifold assembly consists of

Heating water body:

• flow meters terminated with a nipple and a PEX 3/4 x 16 coupling
• venting and draining unit with an automatic air vent (a key-operated air vent can also be used)

Return water body:

• thermostatic valves M30 x 1.5 - possibility of mounting thermal actuators
• nipples with mounted PEX 3/4 x 16 couplings
• venting and draining unit with an automatic air vent

Flow meter:

It is used to set the flow rate of the heating water in l/min and thus to balance the pressure differences of the individual heating circuits. Depending on the direction you turn the lower part of the flow meter, you decrease or increase the heating water flow, or shut it off completely. On the transparent part of the flow meter, the water level shows the water flow in l/min. Max. operating pressure is 1 MPa.

Thermostatic valve:

Thermostatic valve inserts with manual heads are used to shut off individual heating circuits. With these manual heads, individual branches cannot be regulated. The manual heads can be removed and replaced with electric actuators.

Venting and draining unit:

It is used to vent the heating system. The air vent valve of this unit is automatic, but it can be replaced with a key-operated air vent valve.

Packaging and delivery method

We will deliver the product to you via standard parcel delivery and it will be packaged so as to prevent damage during transport. The actual method of packaging depends on the number of pieces ordered and other items in the order. A standalone manifold will most often be packaged in a cardboard box and stretch film.
