The underfloor heating manifold is the main component for the even distribution of heat in underfloor heating systems. Manifold variants include different numbers of circuits, usually from 2 to 18, and are compatible with underfloor heating pipes with diameters of 16–20 mm.

Wigell manifolds can be mounted directly on the wall or, using the supplied brackets, into a manifold cabinet. The installation position is arbitrary. Using compression fittings, you can connect PeX-AL-PeX or Pe-rt pipes to this manifold.

This manifold set consists of

Heating water body:

• flow meters terminated with a nipple and a PEX 3/4 x 16 type coupling
• venting and drain unit with a key-operated air vent (an automatic air vent can also be used)

Return water body:

• thermostatic valves M30 x 1.5 - possibility of mounting thermal actuators
• nipples with mounted PEX 3/4 x 16 type couplings
• venting and drain unit with a key-operated air vent

Flow meter:

It is used to set the heating water flow rate in l/min, thereby balancing the pressure differences of the individual heating circuits. Depending on the direction you turn the lower part of the flow meter, you decrease or increase the heating water flow rate, or shut it off completely. On the transparent part of the flow meter, the water level shows the water flow rate in l/min. The max. operating pressure is 1 MPa.

Thermostatic valve:

Thermostatic valve inserts with manual heads are used to shut off individual heating circuits. It is not possible to regulate individual branches with these manual heads. The manual heads can be removed and replaced with electric actuators.

Venting and drain unit:

It is used to vent the heating system. The air vent of this unit is manual (key-operated), it can be replaced with an automatic air vent.

Packaging and delivery method

We will deliver the product to you by standard parcel shipping and it will be packed so that it is not damaged during transport. The specific packaging method depends on the number of ordered pieces and other order items. A standalone manifold will most often be packed in a cardboard box and stretch film.
