The underfloor heating manifold is the main component for evenly distributing heat in underfloor heating systems. Manifold variants include different numbers of circuits, usually from 2 to 18, and are compatible with underfloor heating pipes with diameters of 16–20 mm.

Wigell manifolds can be mounted directly on the wall or, using the supplied brackets, into a manifold cabinet. The mounting position is arbitrary. You can connect PeX-AL-PeX or Pe-rt pipes to this manifold using compression fittings.

This manifold assembly consists of

Heating water (supply) body:

• flow meters ending with a nipple and a PEX 3/4 x 16 coupling
• air venting and draining unit with a manual (key-operated) air vent (an automatic air vent can also be used)

Return water body:

• thermostatic valves M30 x 1.5 - option to install thermal actuators
• nipples with installed PEX 3/4 x 16 couplings
• air venting and draining unit with a manual (key-operated) air vent

Flow meter:

It is used to set the heating water flow rate in l/min, thereby balancing the pressure differences of individual heating circuits. Depending on the direction in which you turn the lower part of the flow meter, you decrease or increase the heating water flow, or shut it off completely. The water level in the transparent part of the flow meter shows the water flow in l/min. Max. operating pressure is 1 MPa.

Thermostatic valve:

Thermostatic valve inserts with manual heads are used to shut off individual heating circuits. These manual heads do not allow individual branches to be regulated. The manual heads can be removed and replaced with electric actuators.

Air venting and draining unit:

It is used to vent air from the heating system. The air vent valve of this unit is manual (key-operated), and it can be replaced with an automatic air vent valve.

Packaging and delivery method

We will deliver the product to you by standard parcel shipping and it will be packaged so that it is not damaged during transport. The actual method of packaging depends on the number of ordered pieces and other order items. A standalone manifold will most often be packed in a cardboard box and stretch film.
