Manifold for underfloor heating is the main component for even heat distribution in underfloor heating systems. Manifold variants include different numbers of circuits, usually from 2 to 18, and are compatible with underfloor heating pipes with diameters of 16–20 mm.

Wigell manifolds can be mounted directly on the wall or, using the supplied brackets, into a manifold cabinet. The mounting position is arbitrary. Using compression fittings, you can connect PeX-AL-PeX or Pe-rt pipes to this manifold.

This manifold assembly consists of

Heating water body:

• flow meters ending with a nipple and a PEX 3/4 x 16 type coupling
• air venting and drain unit with a manual key-operated air vent (an automatic air vent can also be used)

Return water body:

• thermostatic valves M30 x 1.5 - allows installation of thermal actuators
• nipples fitted with PEX 3/4 x 16 type couplings
• air venting and drain unit with a manual key-operated air vent

Flow meter:

Used to set the heating water flow rate in l/min and thereby balance the pressure differences of the individual heating circuits. Depending on the direction of rotation of the lower part of the flow meter, you decrease or increase the heating water flow rate, or shut it off completely. On the transparent part of the flow meter, the water level shows the water flow rate in l/min. Max. operating pressure is 1 MPa.

Thermostatic valve:

Thermostatic valve inserts with manual heads are used to shut off individual heating circuits. These manual heads cannot be used to regulate individual branches. The manual heads can be removed and replaced with electric actuators.

Air venting and drain unit:

Used for venting the heating system. The air vent valve of this unit is manual (key-operated), and can be replaced with an automatic air vent valve.

Packaging and delivery method

We will deliver the product to you by standard parcel shipping and it will be packaged so that it is not damaged during transport. The actual packaging method depends on the number of pieces ordered and other items in the order. A standalone manifold will most often be packed in a cardboard box and stretch film.
