Anex cartridge 20" QA 10 AF-SX Filter cartridge with a highly effective anion resin for nitrate reduction in small domestic and industrial installations. Domestic use: production of drinking water with nitrate reduction to a concentration below 10 mg/l, in line with the World Health Organization guideline. Technical use: protection of reverse osmosis units. We recommend a mechanical pre-filter to protect the cartridge. The anion resin filter cartridge is used to reduce the nitrate content in water. It is a removable container filled with resin that works on the principle of ion exchange. As water flows through it, nitrate ions in the water are replaced with chloride ions. It increases the chloride content in the outgoing water. Pre-filtration is required. The anion resin is regenerated with a table salt solution. Mám studňu, kde namerané dusičnany dosahujú okolo 80 mg/l. Zvládne táto anexová vložka také množstvo redukovať na bezpečnú úroveň pod 10 mg/l, alebo bude kapacita živice nedostačujúca a regenerácia bude príliš častá?

Vložka je navrhnutá práve na redukciu dusičnanov na koncentráciu pod 10 mg/l v súlade so smernicou WHO, avšak pri vstupnej hodnote 80 mg/l počítajte s výrazne skráteným intervalmi medzi regeneráciami v porovnaní s vodou s nižším obsahom dusičnanov. Maximálna povolená koncentrácia NaNO3 pre túto vložku je 200 ppm, takže Vaša voda je v rámci prevádzkových parametrov. Regenerácia sa vykonáva roztokom kuchynskej soli, čo je jednoduchý a cenovo nenáročný proces. Dôrazne odporúčame zaradiť pred túto vložku mechanický predfilter, ktorý ochráni živicu pred mechanickými nečistotami a predĺži jej životnosť. Pri Vašich hodnotách tiež zvážte pravidelné testovanie výstupnej vody, aby ste mali prehľad o aktuálnej kapacite živice a vedeli včas zahájiť regeneráciu.
