Bath wall-mounted mixer tap from the PLATFORM series by Aquaristo Style.
Without shower accessories.
The tap has a bath/shower mode switch built into the hose connection point. Pulling it downward switches the water flow to the shower. The switch is fitted with a return spring and returns to its original position once the water is turned off.
Surface finish: chrome.
