ATMOS DC 32 GS REG
Code: DC32GS REGProduct detailed description
- 32kW ecological wood gasification boiler – GENERATOR with built-in ACD04 weather-compensated control with touch display
– the Generator type is characterized by a special firebox lined on both sides with ceramic shaped blocks, fitted at the bottom with openings for the supply of preheated primary air, a gasification nozzle with openings for the supply of secondary air, and a lower combustion chamber with a spherical ceramic space. It is designed for burning wood on the principle of generator gasification using an exhaust fan (S), which draws the flue gases out of the boiler.
The boiler body is manufactured as a welded structure from high-quality steel sheets 3 to 8 mm thick. It consists of a fuel hopper (6 mm) fitted at the bottom with a gasification nozzle with a longitudinal opening for the passage of flue gases and gases. The afterburning chamber below it is equipped with ceramic shaped blocks for ideal burnout of all combustible substances with high efficiency and environmentally friendly combustion. At the rear of the boiler body there is a vertical flue gas duct, fitted at the top with a starting damper. The upper part of the flue gas duct is equipped with an exhaust neck for connection to the chimney.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How to choose the correct output for a solid fuel boiler? Base your choice on the calculated heat loss of the heated building; however, for wood/coal boilers also consider that the boiler burns for several hours at essentially constant output during one filling - it is therefore common practice to supplement the boiler with a heat storage (buffer) tank, which stores excess heat for later use instead of the boiler having to be inefficiently throttled down.
- What is a gasification boiler and how does it differ from a classic one? A gasification boiler burns wood in two stages - first, combustible gas (wood gas) is released by heat in the upper chamber, which is then burned out together with supplied secondary air at high temperature in the lower combustion chamber. The result is significantly higher efficiency and cleaner combustion (less tar and soot) compared to classic single-stage combustion in older boilers.
- What else do I need for the installation of this boiler? In addition to the boiler itself, the system generally requires: a heat storage (buffer) tank of adequate volume, a circulation pump (often already with a built-in Laddomat or thermoregulatory valve against low-temperature corrosion of the boiler), a safety valve, an expansion vessel, and a flue/chimney with sufficient draught corresponding to the boiler output - exact draught values can be found in the technical parameters above.
- What fuel is suitable and what is not? Use exclusively the fuel recommended by the manufacturer for the given model (usually piece wood of defined length and moisture content, or brown coal briquettes or coal depending on the boiler type) - unsuitable or excessively moist fuel reduces efficiency, increases the formation of tar and deposits, and may damage the boiler.
- What about chimney inspection and legislation? Before putting the boiler into operation, as well as regularly during its use (usually once a year for solid fuels), an inspection/cleaning of the chimney by an authorized chimney sweep is legally required - without the relevant inspection certificate, an insurance claim in the event of a fire may also be disputed.
- How much maintenance does the boiler require? This usually includes regular removal of ash and cleaning of heating surfaces/flue gas passages from soot (interval depending on intensity of use, usually in the order of weeks), and once a year a thorough inspection including seals and the chimney.
- Can I install the boiler myself? The actual placement and connection of the boiler to the heating system, chimney and safety elements should be carried out, or at least professionally checked, by a heating technician - this is a device with open flame, high temperatures and pressurized elements, where an installation error can be a safety risk.
