Wood gasification boilers – Dokogen

Dokogen Generator boilers feature a special firebox lined on both sides with ceramic mouldings, fitted in the lower part with openings for the supply of pre-heated primary air, a gasification nozzle with openings for secondary air supply, and a lower combustion chamber with a spherical ceramic space. The rear flue gas duct is fitted with a tube heat exchanger.

Wood gasification (downdraft combustion) with subsequent combustion of the wood gas in the ceramic combustion chamber ensures optimal burnout of all combustible substances. Air supply and the combustion process are controlled by an extraction fan. This allows the boiler to be fired up quickly and ensures good combustion right from the start of heating. The flame temperature is 1,000 – 1,250 °C.

Downdraft combustion and the ceramic combustion chamber allow practically perfect combustion with minimal harmful emissions. The boilers meet the limits for an Environmentally Friendly Product.
