The submersible aerator is designed for aerating small wastewater treatment plants. Another area of use can be oxygenating ponds or fish-breeding tanks. The NOVAIR aerator guarantees optimal oxygenation of waste water by forming fine bubbles. The fluid dynamics study for this new system focused primarily on the impeller, whose specific profile prevents damage to the micro-organisms contained in the water during normal operation. Since the aerator is installed in a vertical position, its casing is fitted with a support base. The motor is cooled by the pumped liquid between the motor cover and the contact surface. The power cable is sealed with resin, which perfectly prevents water ingress. The motor shaft is made of stainless steel and has excellent wear resistance. A ceramic seal with sealing rings guarantees a long pump service life.
