DRAŽICE OKC 125/1 m2 combination storage water heater

The DRAŽICE OKC 125/1 m2 combination vertical water heater is designed for wall installation. The modern cylindrical boiler tank has a capacity of 120 l, and the controls are hidden behind a cover so they don't look disruptive.

Features:

• The electric heating element is not immersion type, but ceramic, dry, inserted into a steel sleeve
• Since both the water heater tank and the sleeve are made of the same type of material (steel), no galvanic cell or electrochemical corrosion occurs
• The system of ceramic elements is exceptionally resistant to hard and aggressive water and significantly extends the tank's lifespan under all conditions
• Cleaning openings allow access to the interior of the tank and enable the removal of sediment and limescale, thus saving on operating costs
• A magnesium anode as additional corrosion protection also extends the tank's lifespan, increasing its high utility value

• What tank volume should I choose? A typical estimate of consumption is based on approximately 40-50 liters of hot water (at about 40-45 °C) per person per day for standard use (showering, washing); if bathing in a tub or having more bathrooms/outlets, you should plan for a higher volume. When choosing, also consider whether the tank will be heated by a high-output boiler (faster heating, a smaller volume may suffice) or, for example, only by a solar system (where a larger volume is worthwhile for heat accumulation during the day).
• Can I connect this DRAŽICE tank to an existing boiler? In most cases yes, but you should verify the compatibility of the hydraulic connection (dimensions and type of fittings) and whether your boiler supports control of the tank heating (a temperature sensor in the tank and possibly a switching valve are needed) - you can find these details in the product's technical parameters or our customer service can advise you.
• Where and how is the tank installed? The tank should be placed as close as possible to the heat source (boiler) to minimize heat loss in the connecting piping, while also allowing enough space around it for service access (anode replacement, safety valve inspection).
• Does the installation have to be done by a professional? We always recommend leaving the hydraulic connection to the water supply and heat source, including fitting the safety valve to the correct pressure, to a heating engineer/plumber - an incorrectly fitted or missing safety valve poses a safety risk.
