Combined wall-mounted horizontal water heater/boiler Dražice OKCV 180 for water heating

- Preparation of domestic hot water for buildings with hot-water central heating on gas or solid fuels during the winter season.
- Heating with electric energy outside the heating season, with the possibility of using a low electricity tariff (night current).

The combined storage water heater with a horizontal working position is designed for spaces with limited room, with volumes of 125–200 litres. The heater can be mounted on a wall using the supplied brackets, or fixed in a horizontal position to a suitable structure using hangers (must be ordered separately). Sufficient space above and below the heater must always be provided for the installation of the supply piping.
Heating options:
Electric energy. Ceramic heating element controlled by an operating thermostat and protected by a safety thermostat (thermal fuse). Temperature range 5–74 degrees Celsius. Connection voltage 1-PE–N/AC 230 V/50 Hz. Electrical protection IP 44 allows the heater to be placed in zone 2 according to ČSN 33 2000–7–701.
Heat exchanger. The heater can be connected to an external hot-water source with a max. temperature of 110 degrees Celsius and a pressure of 0.4 MPa. Heating is provided by a powerful double-jacket heat exchanger through water layering. The exchanger first heats the water in the upper part of the tank and then heats the lower layers of the volume. This method of gradual heating is particularly suitable for gravity-fed central heating and small gravity-fed solar systems. The exchanger works in forced circulation as well as in a gravity system. The heating water control sensor can be inserted into a common sleeve together with the electrical installation sensors.
