EK adapter for PB pipes with a diameter of 16 mm
Compression fittings are used to connect pipe to manifolds, return fittings, VK fittings of all types with an EK3/4" - EUROCONE ending. They are used for joining polybutylene pipe HXX25/15, HXX50/15 with an oxygen barrier or HXP25/15, HXP50/15 without an oxygen barrier. They can be used for radiator heating, drinking water or underfloor heating. The internal ring is compressed and grips the pipe. To disassemble, simply unscrew the fitting with a tool and remove the pipe.
Support insert HX60/15 is not included in the package.

Fully demountable system. | ||

Installation without any tools. | ||

One of the greatest advantages of the system is tool-free installation. This means the pipe is simply pushed into the coupling and the internal jaw mechanism locks it in place. To disassemble, you just unscrew the coupling, slide the jaws off the pipe, then reassemble and tighten the coupling again, and it is ready for use once more. |

| All couplings, T-pieces, elbows and pipes are made of polybutylene, meaning you can use them for radiator heating, underfloor heating, or domestic hot water distribution. All diameters are backward compatible. | |||

Pipes with an oxygen barrier | ||
| All pipes are manufactured with an EVOH oxygen barrier, which prevents oxygen molecules from penetrating into the heating system. After a few years, oxygen causes corrosion of the boiler and degradation of the heating system. The oxygen barrier prevents this problem. | |||
